Studio Seven – Terms & Policies
These Terms & Policies apply to all services provided by Studio Seven, including Studio Capture, Consultation Services, and Digital & Visual Services. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings, appointments, and project dates.
• Services are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before final images, deliverables, strategy documents, or digital files are released.
• Deposits may be transferred one (1) time with at least 72 hours’ written notice, subject to availability.
• After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services and withholding of deliverables.
2. Late Payments
Balances not paid within 24 hours of the agreed due date will incur a $20 flat late fee.
Studio Seven reserves the right to withhold final galleries, digital assets, or consultation materials until full payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Refunds will only be considered if Studio Seven is unable to fulfill the agreed service due to circumstances within its control.
No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the deposit.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late will have their session time reduced accordingly.
• 15+ minutes late: session time will be shortened.
• 30+ minutes late: session may be canceled and deposit forfeited.
Studio Seven is not responsible for incomplete coverage due to client lateness.
Studio Capture – Photography Services
5. Proof Gallery & Image Selection
Clients will receive a proof gallery of the best images from the session (typically 60+ images depending on session length).
• Clients must select their final images within 3 days of gallery delivery.
• Final edited images are based on the package purchased.
• Additional images may be purchased separately.
• If selections are not made within 3 days, Studio Seven reserves the right to select final images on the client’s behalf.
Only selected images will receive full professional editing.
6. Editing & Creative Control
Editing style, color grading, and creative direction are at the discretion of Studio Seven.
RAW files are not included and will not be delivered.
Excessive editing requests beyond normal retouching may incur additional fees.
Consultation Services
7. Session Policy
Consultation services reserve dedicated time blocks.
• Deposits are required to secure appointments.
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
• Strategy notes, documents, or action plans are intellectual property of Studio Seven and may not be redistributed or resold.
Digital & Visual Services
8. Project Terms
A 50% deposit is required before creative work begins.
The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are delivered.
One (1) revision round is included per project.
Additional revisions beyond the included round will incur additional fees.
Source files and raw project files are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Usage & Copyright
Studio Seven retains full copyright ownership of all images, designs, and creative work produced.
Clients are granted usage rights for personal or business promotion only.
Work may not be altered, resold, heavily modified, or redistributed without written permission.
10. Model Release
Studio Seven reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and creative work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Clients must submit a written request prior to the service date if they wish to opt out.
11. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, data corruption, acts of God, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
Studio Seven is not responsible for compromised coverage due to client interference, lateness, or restrictions imposed by venues or third parties.
12. Agreement
By booking and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
